Ingredients
1 cup | strawberries |
2 tbsp | cider vinegar |
2 tsp | honey |
¼ tsp | salt |
¼ tsp | pepper |
¼ cup | olive oil |
2 AAA | sirloin steaks |
4 cups | chopped romaine lettuce |
4 cups | mesclun lettuce |
3 ½ cups | mixed berries |
1 cup | crumbled feta |
1 cup | grilled corn kernels |
8 | grilled and halved cocktail tomatoes |
Directions
- Whirl strawberries, cider vinegar, honey and salt and pepper in a food processor until chopped.
- Whirl in olive oil until smooth.
- Brush 1 tbsp of olive oil over two AAA sirloin steaks and sprinkle with ½ tsp salt and pepper.
- Barbecue steaks on oiled grill over medium-high, 3 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Arrange chopped romaine and mesclun lettuce mix on a large platter and top with mixed berries, crumbled feta, grilled corn kernels, cocktail tomatoes, and steak.
- Serve with strawberry dressing.
